Considering Psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy provides a structured space to examine automatic patterns of thought, emotion, and behavior. My work integrates meaning-focused therapy, neuropsychology-informed principles, and body-sensory awareness to address both emotional regulation and the deeper narratives that shape experience. The aim is greater clarity, steadiness, and intentional responding—within a contained and focused framework.

The Process

My approach to therapy is focused and time-limited. Treatment typically spans 10-16 sessions and is designed to be intentional, structured, and goal-oriented. During the first two to three sessions, we clarify what is bringing you to therapy, identify patterns that may be contributing to your current difficulties, and establish clear goals for our work together. This initial phase also allows you to determine whether the therapeutic relationship feels like a good fit. From there, we engage in purposeful, active work aimed at insight, emotional regulation, and meaningful change within a defined timeframe.

Areas of Focus

● Emotional dysregulation and stress reactivity

● Interpersonal relational restructuring in the context of interpersonal difficulties

● Persistent low mood and cognitive-emotional inertia (Chronic sadness)

● Relational trauma and attachment-based responses

● Grief, loss, and identity reorganization

● Psychological transition and existential recalibration

These concerns are approached through a neuropsychology-informed lens, recognizing how emotional patterns are shaped by stress physiology, attachment history, and executive functioning. At the same time, therapy attends to the meaning structures that organize experience—how individuals interpret events, construct identity, and orient themselves toward a sense of purpose.
